What does my booking include?
Your booking includes the following: Return airport transfers in Mallorca, 7 night stay at the 4* PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort & Spa on a half board basis, 6 days instructor led training, access to secure bike storage, access to pool and indoor gym.
Does my booking include flights?
The booking does not include flights, however our Flight Services Team can arrange a quotation and booking service for travel to and from the camp.
Does the hotel include breakfast?
Your stay is on a half board basis; including breakfast and evening meal. Please inform us of any specific dietary requirements or allergies.
Where can I store our bikes during our stay?
The hotel has a secure bike storage/parking area in the basement. Nirvana guests have exclusive use of a dedicated, secure storage area, alternatively our in resort team can arrange for your bike to be kept in your room.
What if I do not have a bike or cannot travel with it?
We are able to reserve a bike for you prior to your arrival, we just need to know your frame size, pedal type and if you require a helmet. The bike will be set up and ready for your arrival and our in-house mechanic can handle any fine tuning Please be aware the bike will be your responsibility throughout the camp
We recommend booking bike hire as soon as possible to ensure your requirements can be met.
What other equipment do I need to bring?
You will need to bring all equipment that you normally use for Triathlon, including your wetsuit. We will have available items such as pull buoys, physiotherapy kit, mobility kit.
Do I receive any assistance throughout my stay?
We will have a dedicated Nirvana in-resort team with you throughout your stay; including at least two qualified and experienced triathlon coaches, one bike mechanic and one member of staff.
Apart from swimming, cycling and running, what will I be doing?
The camp will focus on each of the key elements of triathlon, including: run, swim, cycle technique and skills, transition planning and deliver, warm up, cool down, mobility, stretching, strength & conditioning, nutrition, event planning, etc.
The team on site will also be at hand to answer any questions, or give any advice.
Rest and Relaxation is an important part of any training regime and this will be built into the programme to ensure you get the most from the active sessions.
Are bookings exclusively for one person?
It is possible to book for more than one person; please just let us know if they are supporting or participating in the camp and if they require separate accommodation.
Is there an age range for those on camp?
Athletes wishing to take part in the training camp need to be 18 years and above on the first day of the camp.
What happens if I get injured or have a health concern in the build up to the training camp?
Please inform us of any injury or health concerns pre camp, or any other circumstance which may prevent you from attending the camp. You must not attend the camp if you are presenting any sign of Coronavirus or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for Coronavirus, 14 days before the camp. The Nirvana Team will record athletes temperatures each morning of the camp to ensure we protect the health and wellbeing of all participants. If you are showing signs of a high temperature we reserve the right to stop your participation in the camp and ask you to isolate in your room until tested and proved negative for Coronavirus.
Do I need to pay for the full amount upfront?
At the time of booking you will be required to pay £100.00 non-refundable deposit per person, if preferred you can change the currency of your booking using the drop-down menu on the left -hand side of the screen (Euro, CHF, USD, SEK and AUD available) and pay the equivalent amount in your chosen currency. If you do decide to pay a deposit, the remaining balance will be taken automatically from your card 6 weeks before your day of travel automatically.
If you book less than 6 weeks before the event, the full balance will be taken immediately.
What is the credit and debit card banking surcharge and is it on all payments made?
There are no credit and debit surcharges on your booking.
What do I receive from Nirvana prior to traveling to the event?
We will send you a full event pack out approximately 2-3 weeks before the event via email, which will include accommodation information. We will also send your flight e-ticket if applicable and further information if you have booked any transfers with us, including airport meet and greet with return airport transfers. Our member of staff is also available to assist you at any point, from enquiry, booking to attending the camp

Our airport transfer service is readily available to both participants and spectators and offers a professional and comfortable journey, as well as safe storage for any luggage or bike boxes (if applicable) that require transportation. We will be waiting in your destination arrivals hall, wearing our famous bright orange Nirvana Europe t-shirts.
