Race Day Transfers

• Our Race Day Nirvana Shuttle Service gets Nirvana Spartans to their races on time, and brings them back when their legs are a little tired!
   
• Even if our hotels are walking distance to the event site, which they often are, we are still delighted to offer this service, if requested.
   
• This service is INCLUDED within all Packages, for no additional costs.

Airport Transfers

• Spartans can look forward to a professional & comfortable journey to their Spartan destinations utilising our most popular service - Nirvana Minibus Airport Transfers.
   
• The vechiles used are generally 9 seater people carriers, so no need to worry about sitting on a long coach transfer with multiple hotel stops!
   
• Exclusively for athletes, family & friends, you are sure to meet likeminded Spartans on your journey to/from the airport.
  
   

Spartan Merchandise Discount

• All Spartans booking an Official Spartan Package will receive a unqiue Merchandise discount token, allowing you to redeem up to 20% discount when you shop for Spartan Merchandise. 
   
• Token is not valid for online purchases & can only be redeemed at the Official Spartan Merchandise tent at the festival village, during your race weekend.
   
• The following discount rules apply: 

• - 10% discount on €0 - €100 spend
• - 15% discount on €101 - €200 spend
• - 20% discount on €201+ spend
  
   

Race Entry Fee Cover

• Worried you might get injured or become ill prior to your event? Working with Yellow Jersey Insurance, we provide Spartans with FREE Race Fee Cover, to ensure you are not out of pocket.
   
• The race fee cover starts from when you confirm your Package booking & provides cover for not being able to attend your event due to various specified reasons, such as: injury or illness; vehicle breakdown; work relocation and more. Read the full T&C’s HERE
   
• This cover is INCLUDED within all Packages, for no additional costs, however Athletes are required to 'Opt In' when booking.

Priority Hotel Race Bag Delivery

• Kick back & relax while we bring Registration to you!
   
• Nirvana will deliver your Spartan Race Pack directly to you at the Official Race Hotel, on the Friday evening PM, ahead of the busy weekend of Spartan racing. 

Exclusive Course Info + Expert Q&A

• Our Official Race Packages all include a Pro Spartan athlete or Official Course Organiser, sitting down with only Nirvana Spartans at the Official Race Hotel, beer, wine or soft drink in hand, for an informal & friendly Q+A session. 
   
• Not only a fun experience, but it will also offer some 'inside' course info & reveal tips on how you can master some of the chosen obstacles you will be facing the next morning!   
  
   

Spartan Community
