Ranging from the Athletes Village at Edinburgh University to 5* hotels, we have worked in providing secure bike storage, early breakfast on race day and information boards in each of the event accommodation providers. By staying in one of the several options, you will make the most of your stay in this wonderful city and can concentrate on competing in the World Championships.
As a company, we
have worked in Edinburgh
for the last 6 years using all of the accommodation options we have
available, providing travel and accommodation packages to over 2000
athletes and spectators to events such as the Edinburgh Marathon,
International Cross Country, and the ETU Duathlon European
Championships. However big or small the party size, we can provide any
of the following elements – whether a complete package or choosing any
singular item:
- Return flights
Bike carriage
reservation and pre-paid where possible
- Airport meet and
greet – met and greeted in arrivals
- Return airport
transfers – transferring the individual and bike direct to the hotel and
from the hotel
- Accommodation in
one of our carefully selected providers including early breakfast on
race day morning, notice boards showing event/travel/accommodation
information and arrangements for bike storage
- Event transfers –
where necessary, we will provide transfers to the pasta party,
registration, event briefing, bike check-in, event day and awards
ceremony
- Nirvana Europe Ground Support – we will have team in
Edinburgh who will be on hand to provide help, support and assistance
throughout your stay where necessary.
