The City of Wiesbaden, located on the Rhein River offers perfect conditions for a triathlon event.
Also a very popular tourist destination, Wiesbaden offers plenty for both athletes and families to do when not training and racing. Shopping, boat tours along the Rhein, visits to the wine capital Rudesheim, old castles, the monastery of Eberach the Lorely and more.
In the fantastic town of Wiesbaden, the capital of the Hessian federal state, approximately 2000 athletes experienced this event for the first time in 2007 with the normal 70.3 race make-up of a 1.9K Swim, 90K Bike and 21.1K run
