Ironman Race Entry Cancellation Insurance

From 2012, Nirvana Europe are delighted to include Race Entry Cancellation Insurance for all European Ironman and 70.3 accommodation bookings or event packages (otherwise where stated).

This insurance will cover the athlete should they require to cancel their Ironman entry slot and withdraw from the race.

We have been moving UK athletes and their bikes to major triathlon and duathlon events, all over the world since 2002. The demand from our regular triathlon clients for travel and accommodation arrangements to Ironman events continues to grow on an annual basis. In 2012 we will cater for the travel and accommodation requirements of almost 1250 clients travelling to Ironman and Ironman 70.3 events in Europe, Australia and North and South America.

We know the locations, we know the people involved and we put in place the most comprehensive and considered race related logistics plan to make sure everything is in place to get you and your bike to wherever necessary, whenever necessary.

Such is our relationship with our colleagues in the various event organisations, that we speak to them on almost a daily basis and whatever your needs, whatever your detailed questions, we can address them.

For most events we are able to offer Entry Slots, to clients and although virtually every event in 2012 will sell out, register yourself now and you will be guaranteed a race entry slots for a 2012 event.

The Nirvana Europe Ironman Event Package

The typical Nirvana Europe travel package to an Ironman event will include the following components:

- Race Entry Cancellation Insurance
- Entry slots (where required and at an additional cost)
- Return Flights (where required and at an additional cost)
- Bike carriage arranged and prepaid wherever possible
- Airport meet and greet
- Return transfers from airport to hotel
- Accommodation in hotels handpicked and pre-inspected by ourselves
- Breakfast - including early breakfast on race day morning
- Event related transfers from and to your hotel, where necessary, for;

- Registration
- Race briefing
- Bike racking
- Race day
- Pasta and Awards Party

- Personal service by experienced Nirvana Europe event crew

All of the above, however, can be put together in a flexible way.

You might want to stay longer. You might want to book your own flight, or drive to an event, or you might just not have thought through your travel plans yet, but want to nail your entry slot and make sure you have got accommodation.
