Tour De France
Friday 6th July-Friday 20th July 2012
Covering almost 3,500 kilometres in 22 days, the 99th Tour de France will have the usual Prologue start, two Individual Time Trials (which should suit Bradley Wiggins) and nine mountain stages with three summit finishes. In total there will be 25 mountain climbs rated Category Two or above, with almost half (11) of them coming in the Pyrenees.
There is no shortage of "classic" Cols either, with the Madeleine, Glandon and Croix de Fer in the Alps, and Aubisque, Tourmalet and Peyresourde in the Pyreness, all of which feature in the two Etape du Tour sportives.
Nirvana Europe will be there providing quality accommodation, support and transfers for the key stages in the Alps and Pyrenees, plus non-entry packages for both Etapes.
