We can also arrange your travel by rail or air, to the region, and at the best available price.
The service we provide includes the following components, which are all included within our published prices:
- Contracting thousands of hotel rooms across the region;
- Grading & categorisation of hotels;
- Carrying out hotel inspections;
- Provision of other cost effective accommodation options;
- Contracting 135+ coaches & drivers;
- Arranging 25 race transfer hub sites at, or close to, hotels;
- Arranging free car parking at hub sites;
- Setting up and managing a concourse style coaching operation in South Shields;
- Planning coaching ingress and egress routes with race organisation, highway and police authorities;
- Operating an on demand call centre booking operation;
- Preparing and dispatching location maps and joining instructions for race transfer hubs and hotels;
- Special cost effective accommodation options for clubs, charities and groups.
Please note that all of our pricing includes accommodation, race transfer, etc and therefore should not be compared with hotel accommodation prices.
We also provide a Race Transfer Only Service for runners and spectators at a cost of £22.50 per person for a return service.
